| The objective was to form the foundation to double sales. After initiating the business, product, market and infrastructure evaluation and identifying needs, I created a new image/theme to launch the momentum, initiated a 'refined' product line and catalogue and a more efficient customer request, shipment/distribution turn-around procedure and fulfillment system, and invented and produced a new dynamic "user-friendly" sales-aid system. This created a new marketing thrust, full of life and momentum to energize sales and personnel. |
