| A total review of the Business, Store, Location, Signage, Product and service, Competition, Marketing and Positioning, Timing and Budgeting was done. The business/marketing plan was prepared. Exterior signage, lighting and municipality approvals obtained. Interior customer flow, signage, lighting, security and sales support was created. Supplier sourcing, contracting and installation was supervised. All advertising strategy, newspaper, TV., radio, direct mail and sales incentive 'reach programs' were prepared and implemented. Sales surveys, competitive monitoring and out-manoeuvering strategies were applied. Constant daily 'rush' buys, production deadlines, studio editing and 'personality' voice-overs were achieved. This total business, image, launch, retail sales and promotional campaign, resulted in 6 month sales of over $5 million in a highly competitive market and during a severe economic recession. |
