I want to thank you for the outstanding job you did in helping us market our condominium project in Blowing Rock. Not only did you create a new name and an improved image for our property, but you developed and implemented a marketing plan that resulted in more traffic than we had hoped we would see. Also, I appreciate the manner in which you worked with local contractors, realtors, newspapers, web designers and the other folks on this project.

As you know, we interviewed a number of marketing firms before you were hired. One of the main reasons we chose to hire you for this project is that one of your references we contacted made the comment that "when Peter Dodd takes on a project he's like a dog on a bone and doesn't rest until the project is completed successfully". Well, he was correct. You displayed an excellent work ethic during the weeks you were here and I m convinced that the long hours you worked every day as well as the creative ideas you brought to us were the main factors that lead to the success of your marketing plan.
